I also serve as the Wi-Fi field technician for the NFL’s player surface tablets, where reliability and performance are essential. From optimizing Wi-Fi performance in mission-critical environments to modernizing legacy infrastructure, I’ve learned that the real challenge in technology isn’t the hardware, it’s connecting people, processes, and ideas so progress can happen.
